Ingredients
- ½ lb Okra
- 8 cups Water
- 2 tablespoon Ponzu
Instructions
- Cut off stem and shave off the string of Okra.
- Boil 4 cups of water.
- Place okra in water and boil for 4-5 minutes, turning occasionally to cook thoroughly.
- Do not overcook.
- Place okra in cold water to retain its color.
- Remove okra from cold water after 10 seconds.
- Thinly slice okra.
- Mix sliced okra with 2 tablespoon of ponzu evenly.
- Serve.
