Ingredients
- 3 Cucumbers
- 1 teaspoon Chili Bean Sauce
- ½ tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 1½ tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1½ tablespoon Vinegar
- 1 Green Onion
Instructions
- Cut all cucumbers at a 30° angle between chopsticks, do not cut through the cucumber all the way.
- Turn the cumber over and repeat.
- Cut off the ends of cucumber and cut into 1” pieces.
- Combine 1 ½ tablespoon of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 ½ tablespoon of soy sauce, ½ tablespoon of sesame oil, and 1 teaspoon of chili bean sauce.
- Plate cucumbers and pour on sauce mixture.
- Garnish with green onion slices.
- Serve
