- ½ lb Okra
- 8 cups Water
- 2 tablespoon Ponzu
Cut off stem and shave off the string of Okra.
Boil 4 cups of water.
Place okra in water and boil for 4-5 minutes, turning occasionally to cook thoroughly.
Do not overcook.
Place okra in cold water to retain its color.
Remove okra from cold water after 10 seconds.
Thinly slice okra.
Mix sliced okra with 2 tablespoon of ponzu evenly.
Serve.
