Ingredients
- 1 lb Edamame
- 1 tablespoon Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Red Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- ⅓ cup Water
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
Instructions
- Mince 1 tablespoon of garlic.
- Cut the stem off of the red pepper and pour out the seeds.
- Mince 1 tablespoon red pepper.
- In a pan, place 1 tablespoon of olive oil, minced garlic, minced red pepper.
- Simmer for 1-2 minutes.
- Add edamame.
- Add ⅓ cup of water to the pan.
- Cover and simmer for 4-5 minutes.
- Turn the heat off.
- Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce to pan and coat edamame evenly.
- Serve.
