Sake Shioyaki (Broiled Salmon)

Servings: 2 servings
Ingredients
- 2 Salmon fillets
- Pinch Salt
- Water
- ½ cup Daikon ground
- 1 tablespoon Ponzu
- 1 Lime
Instructions
- Lightly salt both sides of salmon fillets.
- Set salmon away for 5 minutes.
- Pour shallow layer of water in tray.
- Preheat tray so salmon won’t stick.
- Place salmon in paper towel to remove moisture.
- Place salmon skin side up onto the tray.
- Place salmon into the oven on broil.
- Cook for 10-15 minutes.
- Grind ½ cup of daikon while salmon is cooking.
- Flip and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
- Plate salmon and serve with daikon, ponzu sauce, and lime.
