Sake Shioyaki (Broiled Salmon)
This simple, authentic Japanese recipe for broiled salmon is one of my favorites. It’s incredibly easy to prepare yet bursting with juicy flavor. The salmon broils to perfection, and when paired with freshly ground daikon and ponzu sauce, it transforms into a meal that’s both delightful and satisfying.
