Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Edamame
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Red Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • ā…“ cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce

Instructions
 

  • Mince 1 tablespoon of garlic.
  • Cut the stem off of the red pepper and pour out the seeds.
  • Mince 1 tablespoon red pepper.
  • In a pan, place 1 tablespoon of olive oil, minced garlic, minced red pepper.
  • Simmer for 1-2 minutes.
  • Add edamame.
  • Add ā…“ cup of water to the pan.
  • Cover and simmer for 4-5 minutes.
  • Turn the heat off.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce to pan and coat edamame evenly.
  • Serve.
