- 1 lb Edamame
- 1 tablespoon Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Red Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

cup Water
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
Mince 1 tablespoon of garlic.
Cut the stem off of the red pepper and pour out the seeds.
Mince 1 tablespoon red pepper.
In a pan, place 1 tablespoon of olive oil, minced garlic, minced red pepper.
Simmer for 1-2 minutes.
Add edamame.
Add ā
cup of water to the pan.
Cover and simmer for 4-5 minutes.
Turn the heat off.
Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce to pan and coat edamame evenly.
Serve.
