Carrot Greens Furikake
Furikake is a versatile seasoning used in Japanese cuisine to enhance the flavor of rice. This seasoning comes in many varieties, including salmon, shiso, egg, and vegetable. Traditionally, furikake is sprinkled over rice, but it can also add a delightful touch to a variety of dishes that need a burst of flavor.

Cut greens from carrots.
Wash and darin greens.
Chop greens into ½” pieces.
Separate the stems from the leaves.
Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil into a pan along with the stems, cook for 3-4 minutes on medium heat.
Add leaves.
Once greens are soft add 2 tablespoon of mirin, 2 teaspoon of soy sauce, and 3g of bonito.
Serve on top of rice.
