Carrot Greens Furikake
This furikake recipe uses the carrot greens or carrot tops for a flavorful and healthy topping for your rice.

Cut greens from carrots.
Wash and darin greens.
Chop greens into ½” pieces.
Separate the stems from the leaves.
Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil into a pan along with the stems, cook for 3-4 minutes on medium heat.
Add leaves.
Once greens are soft add 2 tablespoon of mirin, 2 teaspoon of soy sauce, and 3g of bonito.
Serve on top of rice.
