Instructions
- Cut greens from carrots.
- Wash and darin greens.
- Chop greens into ½” pieces.
- Separate the stems from the leaves.
- Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil into a pan along with the stems, cook for 3-4 minutes on medium heat.
- Add leaves.
- Once greens are soft add 2 tablespoon of mirin, 2 teaspoon of soy sauce, and 3g of bonito.
- Serve on top of rice.
