- Boil 3 cups of water and turn off heat.
- Add ½ a cup of room temperature water.
- Gently place 2 eggs in water.
- Cook for 15 minutes with lid on.
- Combine 3 tablespoon of dashi, 1 tablespoon of mirin, and ½ teaspoon soy sauce.
- Remove eggs.
- Place Natto in mixing bowl.
- Stir natto up to 400 times.
- Place natto on a bowl of rice.
