Ingredients
  

  • 3 ½ cups Water
  • 1 Natto Package
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 tablespoon Dashi
  • 1 tablespoon Mirin
  • ½ teaspoon Soy Sauce
  • Japanese Rice cooked
  • Green Onion

Instructions
 

  • Boil 3 cups of water and turn off heat.
  • Add ½ a cup of room temperature water.
  • Gently place 2 eggs in water.
  • Cook for 15 minutes with lid on.
  • Combine 3 tablespoon of dashi, 1 tablespoon of mirin, and ½ teaspoon soy sauce.
  • Remove eggs.
  • Place Natto in mixing bowl.
  • Stir natto up to 400 times.
  • Place natto on a bowl of rice.
  • Crack egg into the bowl.
  • Add sauce mixture and garnish with green onion.
