- 3 ½ cups Water
- 1 Natto Package
- 2 Eggs
- 3 tablespoon Dashi
- 1 tablespoon Mirin
- ½ teaspoon Soy Sauce
- Japanese Rice cooked
- Green Onion
Boil 3 cups of water and turn off heat.
Add ½ a cup of room temperature water.
Gently place 2 eggs in water.
Cook for 15 minutes with lid on.
Combine 3 tablespoon of dashi, 1 tablespoon of mirin, and ½ teaspoon soy sauce.
Remove eggs.
Place Natto in mixing bowl.
Stir natto up to 400 times.
Place natto on a bowl of rice.
Crack egg into the bowl.
Add sauce mixture and garnish with green onion.
