Bacon Wrapped Mochi
Instructions
- Cut mochi blocks in half
- Cook mochi in pan on medium low heat
- Flip when color starts to change
- Place ¼ slice of mozzarella on bacon
- Place ½ block of mochi on cheese and bacon
- Wrap bacon around mochi and cheese
- Cook on pan in Medium heat
- Flip when bacon browns
- Serve with soy sauce
