  • Cut mochi blocks in half
  • Cook mochi in pan on medium low heat
  • Flip when color starts to change
  • Place ¼ slice of mozzarella on bacon
  • Place ½ block of mochi on cheese and bacon
  • Wrap bacon around mochi and cheese
  • Cook on pan in Medium heat
  • Flip when bacon browns
  • Serve with soy sauce
