Cut mochi blocks in half
Cook mochi in pan on medium low heat
Flip when color starts to change
Place ¼ slice of mozzarella on bacon
Place ½ block of mochi on cheese and bacon
Wrap bacon around mochi and cheese
Cook on pan in Medium heat
Flip when bacon browns
Serve with soy sauce
