Tako Avocado Salad

- 150 g Tako Pre-Boiled Octopus
- Pinch Salt
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 teaspoon Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Lemon
Put a pinch of salt on both sides of the tako.
Rinse off.
Dry with a paper towel.
Grind 2 cloves of garlic
Combine the ground garlic, 2 teaspoon of soy sauce, and 2 tablespoon olive oil with a pinch of salt.
Cut the avocado into cubes.
Juice the lemon and add to the avocado in a bowl.
Cut tako into bite size pieces.
Combine tako, avocado, and dressing.
Salt to taste and serve.
