It’s perfect whether you love sashimi octopus or want to explore traditional Japanese flavors for the first time.

Ingredients
  

  • 150 g Tako Pre-Boiled Octopus
  • Pinch Salt
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 teaspoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 Lemon

Instructions
 

  • Put a pinch of salt on both sides of the tako.
  • Rinse off.
  • Dry with a paper towel.
  • Grind 2 cloves of garlic
  • Combine the ground garlic, 2 teaspoon of soy sauce, and 2 tablespoon olive oil with a pinch of salt.
  • Cut the avocado into cubes.
  • Juice the lemon and add to the avocado in a bowl.
  • Cut tako into bite size pieces.
  • Combine tako, avocado, and dressing.
  • Salt to taste and serve.
