Ingredients
  

  • 1 Sweet Potato
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 3 tablespoon Sugar
  • Salt
  • 3 tablespoon Milk
  • 1 Egg Yolk

Instructions
 

  • Peel one sweet potato.
  • Slice the sweet potato into thin slices.
  • Soak the pieces in water for 3 minutes.
  • Drain water.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 5 minutes until soft.
  • Mash the sweet potato.
  • While still warm add 2 tablespoon of butter, 3 tablespoon of sugar, and a pinch of salt.
  • Mix well.
  • Add 3 tablespoon of milk in small increments.
  • Mix until smooth.
  • Shape mixture with hands and place on parchment paper.
  • Beat one egg yolk.
  • Brush pieces with egg yolk.
  • Bake at 400℉ for 15-20 minutes.
  • Serve.
