Soy Sauce
Instructions
Clean the carrots.
Peel or slice the carrots, depending on your preference.
Add sesame oil to a pan and heat it over medium-low.
Add the peeled or sliced carrots to the pan.
Cook the carrots until they become soft.
Add Katsuobushi (bonito flakes) and mix well with the carrots.
Crack an egg into the pan and mix it thoroughly with the carrots.
Add soy sauce to taste.
Add salt if desired (optional)
Serve and enjoy!
