- ½ Avocado
- Japanese Rice
- Ponzu optional
- Soy Sauce optional
Remove sauce from natto package
Remove plastic cover from inside natto package
Place natto in mixing bowl
Stir natto 20-40 times
Add sauce to natto
Stir natto up to 400 times
Add ½ diced avocado
Stir lightly
Place on rice
Add ponzu or soy sauce as an option
