- 1 package Firm Tofu
- 3 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
- 1 Carrot
- 1 bunch Spinach
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
Place tofu onto a strainer and place a light weight on top and leave for 15 minutes.
Roast sesame seeds on medium heat and remove when they change color.
Grind roasted sesame seeds.
Peel carrot and thinly slice.
Cook carrots in boiling water for 3-4 minutes.
Place 1 bunch of spinach into boiling water.
When water boils again, place spinach in cold water.
Strain water with hands and create 2 bundles.
Cut spinach bundles into 1” pieces.
Mash tofu with hands.
Add 2 tablespoon of soy sauce and 2 tablespoon of sugar to mashed tofu and mix.
Add spinach and carrots to tofu.
Add ground sesame seeds to mixture.
Serve.
