- 200 gram Shrimp peeled and deveined
- ¼ teaspoon Ginger
- ¼ teaspoon Garlic
- Pinch Salt
- Pinch Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Sake
- 2 tablespoon Potato Starch
- 2-3 tablespoon Oil
- 2 tablespoon Japanese Mayonaise Western mayo is okay to sub
- 1 tablespoon Ketchup
- ¼ teaspoon Chicken Stock Paste
- ¼ teaspoon Oyster Sauce
- 1 ½ teaspoon Honey
- 1 tablespoon Milk
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
- ¼ teaspoon Soy Sauce
Mix mayo, ketchup, chicken stock paste, oyster sauce, honey, milk, lemon juice, & soy sauce
Rinse, peel & devein shrimp
Dry shrimp thoroughly
Add and mix garlic, ginger, salt and pepper, & sake to shrimp
Add and mix potato starch to shrimp
Add oil to med heat pan
Fry both sides of shrimp until cooked thoroughly
Turn heat off and add mayo sauce to shrimp
Serve hot
