Ebi Mayo - Shrimp in Mayo Sauce (えびマヨ)

Ingredients
  

  • 200 gram Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • ¼ teaspoon Ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon Garlic
  • Pinch Salt
  • Pinch Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Sake
  • 2 tablespoon Potato Starch
  • 2-3 tablespoon Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Japanese Mayonaise Western mayo is okay to sub
  • 1 tablespoon Ketchup
  • ¼ teaspoon Chicken Stock Paste
  • ¼ teaspoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1 ½ teaspoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • ¼ teaspoon Soy Sauce

Instructions
 

  • Mix mayo, ketchup, chicken stock paste, oyster sauce, honey, milk, lemon juice, & soy sauce
  • Rinse, peel & devein shrimp
  • Dry shrimp thoroughly
  • Add and mix garlic, ginger, salt and pepper, & sake to shrimp
  • Add and mix potato starch to shrimp
  • Add oil to med heat pan
  • Fry both sides of shrimp until cooked thoroughly
  • Turn heat off and add mayo sauce to shrimp
  • Serve hot
